Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 h) if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we have no return policy, which means once you receive the package and inspect it in the first 24 hours and you find no issue, we cannot accept any claims after that. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.

Deglet Nour dates must be kept refrigerated in order to keep them fresh and tasty.
